Frederick Athletic Club

About Frederick Athletic Club

Jeffrey Neuman opened Frederick Athletic Club in 2000, with help from the Fredericktown Bank and architecture firm Parker Cade and Large. The club was designed not only to be the best in the region, but also to accommodate its members with a relaxed atmosphere and helpful, pleasant staff without the use of sales personnel. Personal training is available for all members at a small charge, as is a free session to introduce a workout routine in the beginning. With more than 50 exercise classes available each week, members can partake in Pilates, Cycle, Zumba, Cardio Kick, Sport Ride, dodgeball, High Intensity Step, and others.

Supporting charitable organizations within the community, Frederick Athletic Club often hosts events such as blood drives for the American National Red Cross. Also the home athletic facility for the Class A minor league baseball team, the Frederick Keys, the club also hosts official games of the National Amateur Dodgeball Association and Coach Stu Vetter's Basketball Camps, LLC. Frederick Athletic Club now uses several different membership options, further suiting each guest’s individual financial needs.

Monthly payment options can be as little as $29.99, in addition to several other discount options for students, companies, seniors, and more. Frederick Athletic Club promises not only cleanliness and new equipment, but also staff members that go above and beyond for its members. All members have access to perks such as free two-week passes, childcare, fitness coaching, and much more.
